Dodd Harvey and Don Pendleton are accredited by the National Association of Realtors in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Dodd is a Residential Accredited Appraiser (RAA) and Don is a General Accredited Appraiser (GAA). Each is a very qualified expert in the appraisal profession.
Dodd Harvey has been a certified residential real estate appraiser in the Commonwealth of Virginia since 1991. He is accredited by the National Association of Realtors as a Residential Accredited Appraiser (RAA). Dodd has also been a licensed real estate salesperson in the Commonwealth of Virginia since 1986.

Don Pendleton has been a certified general appraiser in the Commonwealth of Virginia since 1996 and is accredited by the National Association of Realtors as a General Accredited Appraiser (GAA). Don performs non-residential appraisals and appraisal reviews for local and regional lenders, institutions, attorneys, accountants and individuals. Assisting local governments with real property valuation issues is a special interest.
