Stephanie Cox 

Stephanie Cox works directly with owners and developers to purchase, sell or rent properties. She also works as an intermediary between owners and tenants to maintain their investment. Stephanie has had her realtor licence with Consensus for 17 years and before that she worked with non-profits focused on Downtown redevelopment. In her 17 years of experience, she has taken over ownership of Consensus Real Estate alongside her husband Mark.

 

Stephanie began her professional career at Amazement Square as the Assistant Director prior to the museum's opening in 2000 then moved to Lynch's Landing as the Membership Coordinator working directly with small businesses and developers interested in Downtown Revitalization. She made the switch to real estate because of her love of Downtown and the role it plays in a vibrant thriving city such as Lynchburg, as well as the opportunity to bring new life into a building through new uses.
